About Us
Meet Paul
A Coach Who Gets It

I wasn’t always into fitness. Like many busy parents, I struggled to find time, motivation, and confidence to step into a gym. In my 30s, I started running to quit smoking—just short jogs at first, then Parkrun, 5Ks, half marathons, and eventually full marathons. That was my way in. It changed how I felt, not just physically but mentally. Strength training came later. I used to think lifting weights wasn’t for me—until I started, got the right coaching, and realized how much better it made everything else. Now, I’m a nationally ranked weightlifter with multiple Scottish Master records, and I help other busy parents get stronger, fitter, and moreconfident—without wasting time on workouts that don’t fit their life. I get it—work, kids, life. You don’t have hours to spend in the gym, and you don’t want to feel lost when you’re there. That’s where I come in. I make training simple, effective, and doable, so you can feel better, move better, and stay strong for the long haul. Whether you want to get in shape, build strength, move pain-free, or just keep up with the kids at soft play, I can help.
